Instructor Guidelines for EnlitenU
Our Shared Vision
EnlitenU is more than just an online learning platform—it is a sanctuary for spiritual growth, self-discovery, and transformation. As an instructor, you play a vital role in fostering a positive, uplifting, and enriching experience for students seeking knowledge and personal evolution.
To ensure that EnlitenU remains a welcoming, professional, and high-quality learning space, all instructors are expected to adhere to the following guidelines.
- Timely Responses to Students: Instructors should respond to student inquiries within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Professionalism in Student Engagement: Instructors are expected to interact with students respectfully and professionally in all forums and discussions.
- Encouraging Constructive Discussions: While diverse viewpoints are welcome, instructors should guide conversations with a spirit of peace, mutual respect, and spiritual empowerment.
- Professional Course Creation: Lessons should be well-structured, engaging, and aligned with the EnlitenU vision of personal and spiritual transformation.
- Maintaining a Positive Learning Environment: Instructors should refrain from engaging in public debates on divisive or polarizing topics (e.g., politics, gender equality, and other socio-political discussions).
- Respectful Discourse: Any disagreements with students should be handled privately and professionally.
- Plagiarism is Strictly Prohibited: All content must be original or properly attributed. Instructors who repeatedly violate this policy may be removed from the platform.
- Instructor Content Ownership: Instructors retain full rights to their content and are free to offer courses on other platforms while participating in EnlitenU.
- Course Video Hosting:
- Videos must be stored offsite using services like Google Drive, Vimeo, or YouTube private links to ensure optimal platform performance.
- Revenue & Payouts:
- Instructors receive 85% of course sales revenue until August 30, 2026, after which the revenue split will adjust to 80%.
- There is a 15-day cancellation policy, meaning funds become available for withdrawal on the 16th day after a sale.
Future Hosting Fee Transparency
We are committed to keeping EnlitenU affordable and instructor-friendly. However, if platform-related costs significantly rise, we may introduce a small hosting fee (up to $10/month) to sustain the platform.
- This would NOT affect the 80% revenue share.
- Any such changes would be announced well in advance, with full transparency.
