With over 20 years of experience in teaching, coaching, and guiding individuals on their spiritual journeys, Dr. Jasmine Harris brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and deep spiritual insight to EnLitenU. She holds advanced degrees in Psychology and Metaphysical Science, along with specialized certifications in Meditation, EFT/TFT, Life and Spiritual Coaching, and is a Holy Fire Reiki Master.
Jasmine’s approach is rooted in a profound belief that true healing and transformation begin within. Her courses blend ancient wisdom with practical, everyday tools, creating a safe and nurturing space for students to explore their inner world. She is passionate about helping individuals connect with their Higher Self, find balance, and navigate life’s challenges with grace and clarity.
