At EnlitenU, we want you to feel confident in your learning journey. We offer a 15-day refund policy for all eligible course purchases, provided the request meets the guidelines outlined below.
Certain restrictions apply, and some purchases may only be eligible for credit refunds. Please review the details below to understand our refund process and policies.
How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please visit your account’s Order History page and follow the refund request instructions. If you experience any issues, you may contact our Support Team at: info@enlitenu.net
Refund Status
Once your refund request is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your financial institution.
Our 15-Day Refund Policy
Our 15-day refund window is designed to provide students with a risk-free learning experience while ensuring that instructors receive fair compensation for their content. After 15 days, all payments are finalized, and refund requests will no longer be accepted.
Additional Reasons for Denied Refunds
We reserve the right to limit or deny refunds in cases where we detect refund abuse, including but not limited to:
- A significant portion of the course has been completed or downloaded before the refund request.
- Multiple refund requests have been made for the same course by the same user.
- Excessive refunds have been requested from a single account.
- A user has violated EnlitenU’s Terms of Use or Community Guidelines, resulting in a suspension or ban.
- A refund has already been granted through a third-party payment processor.
These restrictions will be enforced in accordance with applicable laws.
Credit-Only Refunds
If a transaction is not eligible for a cash refund, you may receive EnlitenU credits instead, provided that your request meets our 15-day refund policy.
- If your purchase is only eligible for a credit refund, this will be indicated on the refund page.
- EnlitenU credits can be used for future course enrollments but cannot be exchanged for cash.
