Getting Started as an EnlitenU Instructor is a warm, step-by-step welcome into the heart of teaching with EnlitenU. This self-paced onboarding course blends inspiration with practical guidance, giving you a clear path from the moment you’re accepted as an instructor to the day your first course goes live.

While we touch briefly on the technical aspects of using Tutor LMS, this is not a deeply technical course. Topic 1: Laying the Foundation This opening topic sets the tone for your journey as an EnlitenU instructor, guiding you from inspiration to a clear, actionable course plan. You’ll begin with The Lighthouse Keeper’s Legacy, a short, soul-stirring film that reflects the heart of EnlitenU’s mission—lighting the way for others through your unique gifts. From there, you’ll step into Lesson 1, Getting Started as an EnlitenU Instructor, where we explore the values, community, and vision that make teaching here a meaningful and rewarding experience. In Lesson 2, you’ll gain a high-level Overview of the onboarding journey ahead, so you know exactly where you’re going and what tools you’ll have along the way. Lessons 3 and 4 will help you anchor your ideas and begin shaping your course. Clarifying Your Course Vision guides you through reflecting on your “why,” identifying your ideal student, and distilling the transformation your course will offer. Planning Your First Course takes that vision and helps you map it into lessons, activities, and resources that create lasting impact. By the end of this topic, you’ll have both the inspiration and the blueprint to move forward with clarity, confidence, and creative energy.

Bringing Your Course to Life
In this final stage of your onboarding journey, you’ll transform your course plan into a living, interactive learning experience. Lesson 5, Uploading and Structuring Your Course, walks you step-by-step through building your lessons, adding media, and organizing your content so it flows naturally for your students. You’ll also learn how to enhance your course with quizzes, downloadable resources, and other engaging elements. Next, in Lesson 6, Setting Prices and Earning Revenue, you’ll discover how to honor the value of your work by choosing the right pricing model, understanding EnlitenU’s revenue-sharing structure, and setting yourself up for sustainable success. Finally, Going Live will guide you through your pre-launch checklist, the course approval process, and the moment of publishing—your first opportunity to welcome students into your space. You’ll also learn how to track engagement and celebrate the achievement of launching your first course. By the end of this topic, you’ll have everything in place to confidently share your course with the world, knowing it reflects both your vision and the spirit of EnlitenU.
